Who will use this product and what are they looking for?
This is the question every founder of a new start-up must ask themselves, but very few do. Lack of preliminary market research can be fatal to the success of a business.
That is why we placed a lot of emphasis on this before starting any concepts. We quickly realised that there was
significant appetite for the product itself, given the high interest rates on offer. However when it comes to their money they pay particular attention to what you say and
write. At this point it was obvious that multiple touch points were required in order to convert a user into a paying customer.
Armed with this new information, we went ahead and carefully crafted a website and custom CRM journey specifically designed to put some of these worries to rest.
